#### What is the motivation for this PR?
We need add to service ports in topology
When nhipv4 is absence, deployment will failed
#### How did you do it?
Create topology files with service ports, check if nhipv4 is absence, update backplane addresses.
#### How did you verify/test it?
All topologies are generated by script, to test it, I used the same script to generate two files topo_t0-isolated-d2u2s2.yml and topo_t1-isolated-d2u2s2.yml, and deployed them successfully in lab
